Joséphine joined Astorg in 2023 to develop Third Party Distribution and is a member of the Investor Relations Team. Prior to this, Joséphine worked at Apax Partners in the IR team to develop a new client segment focusing on Wealth Management and Third Party Distribution (IFAs, Private Bankers, Insurance Companies, Asset Managers, Multi FO, Digital Platforms). More specifically, she launched a retail product dedicated to French life insurance (APEO). In 2018, Josephine joined the Asset Manager Candriam (part of New York Life) as Head of Distribution in France. Before that, she spent 12 years at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (EdRAM) as a Deputy Head of Third Party Distribution in Europe. Joséphine started her career at CDC IXIS AM (which is now Natixis IM) in the Third Party Distribution team, in charge of Banks and IFAs. She holds Master’s Degrees in Applied Economics from Paris-Dauphine University and Banking, Finance, and Insurance from Paris-Nanterre University.
