Bio

Florian joined Astorg in 2021 and is a member of the Investment Team. Prior to this, Florian spent 14 years at Cinven, where he was a Partner based in Germany with a focus on deals in the DACH region. He completed numerous investments across a broad range of sectors, including TMT and Industrials. Before that, Florian worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at UBS in London, advising companies mainly within the metals and mining sector. He started his career at Hewlett-Packard. Florian holds a joint MSc in Business Administration and Computer Engineering, as well as an MSc in Computer Science, from the Technical University of Berlin.
