Bio

Manuela is the General Counsel at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has over 10 years of experience and worked at top international law firms in Madrid, London, Paris and Brussels, and is a member of both the New York and Madrid Bar. Prior to joining AIP at its inception, Manuela was Corporate Managing Associate at Linklaters in Madrid, where she represented national and international financial investors and corporates in M&A deals. Before that, she was an M&A and Capital Markets Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, based in London. Manuela also has professional experience at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, in Madrid, Clifford Chance, in Paris and Clearly Gottlieb Steen&Hamilton, in Brussels. She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) by Columbia University where she was a James Kent Scholar, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Diploma in International Relations by the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid.
