Mónica is a Principal at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining AIP she was an Associate at Alantra Partners, where she spent 4 years in the Strategy, Corporate Development & Investor Relations department, based in Madrid. Mónica started her career as an intern at UBS Equities Division in Madrid. She has a Bachelor in Business Administration by the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid and completed an exchange program at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Kenan-Flagler Business School).
