Andrew joined ASH Investment Partners in 2024 and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, working with portfolio management teams on near-term operational challenges and long-term strategic goals, and sourcing and executing add-on M&A. Prior to ASH, Andrew was a Senior Associate at SRM Equity Partners, a family office investment firm focused on middle market industrial consolidation strategies. Earlier in his career, Andrew was an Analyst at Citizens M&A Advisory, a middle market investment banking firm, located in Atlanta, GA. Andrew holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia where he was a member of the men’s tennis team.
