Mr. Mullen is a Managing Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Arsenal. Prior to co-founding Arsenal in 2000 with Mr. Kovach, he was a Principal of Thomas H. Lee Partners, where he had a leading role in numerous growth buyout investments. Mr. Mullen also worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley & Co.
