Elliott is a Partner of Arrowhead. His experience in junior capital began in 1987 when he established and headed the Subordinated Debt Group at The Chase Manhattan Bank. Besides negotiating, structuring and managing principal deals, the Group also placed subordinated debt with other institutional investors. After 22 years at Chase, he joined Gleacher NatWest in 1996 to build a leveraged finance group focusing on middle-market transactions, including building a portfolio of mezzanine debt investments. In 2001, the Principals of the mezzanine group, headed by Mr. Jones, raised their first institutional mezzanine fund of $300 million. Mr. Jones is a graduate of Colgate University and has an MBA from Columbia University, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. He also served as lieutenant in the US Navy.
