Randy Rempp is the Founder and Managing Partner of Armatage Capital. Randy is responsible for the operations of Armatage and its acquisition strategy. Upon acquisition Randy will assume the duties of managing day to day operations of the acquired company. Prior to founding Armatage Capital, Randy was the President of a Twin Cities based financial services and technology company. Randy and his team were responsible for turning around the company, nearly doubling revenue, and seeing a greater than 100% improvement in EBITDA. Randy utilized the Entrepreneurial Operating System as one of the systems for driving the business. Prior to taking on the President role, Randy previously served as the chief legal officer focused on corporate governance, contracts, business development, and financial services regulation. Randy received BAs in Political Science and Philosophy from Brown University and a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School.
