Vice Chairman of MEDA AB and second shareholder of MEDA Group. He has been BoD member of Nuove Partecipazioni S.p.A., through which he owns 50% of Nuova Camfin S.p.A. and, indirectly 26% of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. Since June 2013 Before closing the successful sale to MEDA AB (2014), Rovati served as Executive Vice Chairman of Rottapharm Group where, supported by Diaz Pallavicini, he managed several M&A deals. He has also been lecturer at Finafrica Foundation, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and Università Bocconi in Milan.
