Bio

He acted as an independent corporate advisor consulting SMEs on asset disposal, fundraising, capital structure optimization, M&A, and business restructuring. From 2013 to 2015 He has been Investment Director at Clessidra, actively contributing to the origination and run of investments and to the managing of the participations of both CCPI and CCPII fund. From 2009 to 2013 He worked at the Investment Banking division of Deutsche Bank, both in London and Italy, providing advice relating the execution of extraordinary finance transactions. From 2001 to 2009 Before, he had a brief experience as Assistant Trader at Cofiri and he was official of Guardia di Finanza. He is currently lecturer at Luiss University (course of Structured Finance).
