Henry joined Arlington as a Vice President in 2018. Prior to joining Arlington, Henry was an Associate at The Carlyle Group where he focused on buyout and strategic minority investments in the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors. Prior to Carlyle, Henry worked for Morgan Stanley in its Global Industrials Group where he advised clients on a variety of strategic and capital markets transactions. Henry holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A. in Finance, summa cum laude, from The College of William & Mary. Henry currently serves on the Board of Directors of Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing.
