Bio

David joined Arlington in 2006 and is responsible for investing in the government contracting, technology-enabled business services and software and IT services sectors. Prior to joining Arlington, David worked in Deutsche Bank’s Financial Sponsors group in New York. While at Deutsche Bank, David worked on the origination, diligence, structuring and financing of leveraged buyouts, including Blackstone’s acquisition of New Skies Satellites, Kelso’s acquisition of Insurance Auto Auctions, Hicks Muse’s acquisition of Swett & Crawford, and Carlyle, CD&R, and Merrill Lynch Private Equity’s $15.0 billion buyout of Hertz. Since joining Arlington, David has worked on the firm’s investments in Advanced Health Media, Quantum Spatial, Cambridge Major Labs, Compusearch Software Systems, Micron Technologies, Novetta Solutions and Sports Information Group. Prior to Deutsche Bank, David worked as a management consultant focused on the U.S. Intelligence Community. David graduated cum laude, with an A.B. in Economics from Georgetown University. David currently serves on the Board of Directors at Polaris Alpha, Quantum Spatial, and Xebec. David previously served on the Board of Directors of Cambridge Major Labs, Micron Technologies and Novetta Solutions.
