Dino Sawaya is a Principal of Argand. Previously, Mr. Sawaya worked at Castle Harlan’s affiliate, CHAMP Private Equity, where his responsibilities included the origination and assessment of potential investment opportunities, transaction execution and portfolio management of a number of investee companies including Accolade Wines, oOh!media, International Energy Services, Golding Contractors and LCR Group. Prior to joining CHAMP, Mr. Sawaya was a top-ranked Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions in the industrials, infrastructure, utilities, media, and financial sponsors sectors. Mr. Sawaya is a former Director of oOh!media. Mr. Sawaya graduated with Distinction from The University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Financial Economics and holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honors from The University of Sydney.
