Charles J. Burns is a Vice President of Argand. Previously he was an Associate at Castle Harlan, where he worked on numerous investments including Securus, IDQ, and Caribbean Restaurants. Prior to joining Castle Harlan, Mr. Burns was an analyst at Audax Group, where he focused on private equity transactions in middle-market businesses across a variety of industries including specialty chemicals, automotive aftermarket, and dental practice management. While at Audax Group, Mr. Burns was a Director of Affordable Interior Systems. Mr. Burns’ experience also includes roles in the consumer, media and telecom industries. Mr. Burns graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a B.A. in Economics and holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School with first-year honors.
