Bio

Mr. Sum is a Principal in the Ares Investment Operations Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2017, Mr. Sum was a Budget Analyst at Hawaii Superferry, where he focused on forecasting and analysis of revenues and expenses for the start-up firm. Previously, Mr. Sum was an Operations Analyst at Ares. He holds a B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles in Business Economics.
