Mr. Fernandez Batlle is a Vice President in the Ares Private Equity Group, where he focuses on special opportunities investing. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Fernandez Batlle was a Vice president in the European Principal Group at Oaktree Capital Management, where he focused on evaluating investment opportunities across a variety of industries in the European market. Previously, he was a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Credit Suisse, where he focused on covering healthcare. Mr. Fernandez Batlle holds a B.S. from ESADE Business School in Business Administration.
