Bio

Mr. Rea is a Principal in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2014, Mr. Rea was an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, where he focused on investment banking. Mr. Rea currently serves on the Board of Directors of Unified Physician Management. Mr. Rea holds a B.S., with high honors, from the University of California, Berkeley in Business Administration.
