Ms. Malaickal is a Principal and Project Manager in the Ares Investment Operations Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Ms. Malaickal was a Vice President in Transformation Services at Cerberus Capital Management, where she established an enterprise PMO group which focused on digital transformation using Anaplan to automate the fund accounting waterfall and the MBS valuation process. In addition, she worked with Legal and Compliance to systematize the cross-departmental monitoring of investor commitments. Previously, Ms. Malaickal was a Vice President at Alliance Bernstein, where she focused on project management for the Defined Contributions Group. In addition, Ms. Malaickal provided consulting services on firm-wide system implementation projects at asset management firms including Prudential, Morgan Stanley and TIAA-CREF. Ms. Malaickal holds a B.S. from Wilmington University in Business Administration.
