Mr. Hua is a Principal in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on U.S. direct lending. Prior to joining Ares in 2017, Mr. Hua was a Senior Associate in the Buyouts Group at American Capital Ltd., where he focused on executing and managing upper middle market control investments. Previously, Mr. Hua was an Analyst at Sagent Advisors, LLC, where he focused on providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services to middle market clients. Mr. Hua holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia in Commerce and Economics.
