Ms. Fujimoto is a Partner in the Ares Private Equity Group and leads its capital markets activities. Prior to joining Ares in 2015, Ms. Fujimoto was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, where she focused on leveraged loan and high yield bond financings, equity financings and mergers and acquisitions across various industries for financial sponsors and their portfolio companies. Previously, Ms. Fujimoto was a member of the Investment Banking Division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp. Ms. Fujimoto holds a B.A., with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in Finance.
