T. Andrew Beaudoin is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Mr. Beaudoin is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution for Keystone. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Beaudoin was a Senior Associate at TPG in their GP Solutions Group, where he assisted with the group’s launch and underwriting and evaluation of GP-led secondary transactions. Prior to joining TPG, Mr. Beaudoin was a Senior Associate at Landmark Partners, a leader in the global private equity, real estate and infrastructure secondary markets, where he was responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, evaluation, and execution of secondary transactions across a variety of deal types and alternative assets strategies. Mr. Beaudoin executed transactions representing nearly $3.0 billion of capital across traditional secondaries, fund restructurings, preferred equity, GP stakes and single-asset transactions. Prior to joining the Landmark investment team, Mr. Beaudoin started his career as an Analyst in Landmark’s Quantitative Research Group, where he provided technical analysis to Landmark’s investment teams, GPs and LPs, through a set of proprietary research tools. Mr. Beaudoin graduated from Williams College, where he received a BA in Mathematics with Honors and Economics. He received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
