Bio

Duncan has over 25 years of experience as an executive in the software and technology industry. Duncan sits on the board of Honeywell. Honeywell is one of the world’s largest industrial conglomerates and is transforming into a software company. He brings to the board a deep understanding of the trends across cloud computing, digital transformation, AI, and the internet of things and is skilled at driving value creation and transformation with technology. Previously, Duncan was President of Infor, an industry cloud applications company and the third largest provider of enterprise software in the world with more than 90,000 customers. In this role, he worked with some of the best-known brands in the world across a wide spectrum of industries to help them leverage technology to automate and transform themselves into digital enterprises. During his tenure, he helped raise over $2 billion in capital and made over $3 billion in acquisitions. He helped create over $3 billion in enterprise value through revenue growth, margin expansion, technology innovation, and ultimately the transformation of the company into a software as a service business. Prior to joining Infor, Duncan was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the retail industry business worldwide at Oracle Corporation. He was responsible for all aspects of the business. While there he made over $1 billion in acquisitions and grew the business to the number one position in market share worldwide. Prior to joining Oracle, he served as Chief Strategy Officer, President Retail.com at Retek. During his tenure with Retek, he played an instrumental role in growing the company from $10 million to nearly $200 million in revenue, which helped lead to a successful IPO and, ultimately, the sale of Retek to Oracle Corporation for over $600 million. Prior to joining Oracle, Duncan worked at Accenture, then Andersen Consulting, in their Consumer Prodcutsand Retail practice. Duncan has a B.S. in Economics from UCL, University of London
