Maryia is a Director in the Legal department. Her responsibilities involve overseeing investment transactions and corporate regulatory matters for Arcapita. Previously, she was a Senior Legal Counsel at AXA Insurance (Gulf) B.S.C (c) in Bahrain for six years. Prior to that she worked with various law firms in Bahrain and London, UK. Maryia holds a Bachelors of Law degree from the University of Southampton in the UK and is a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
