Bio

Basil is a Director and the Head of the Corporate Finance team. Previously, he was a member of the Healthcare and Education investment team at International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private investment arm of The World Bank, based in Washington D.C. Prior to that, he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Lazard Frères & Co in New York, where he focused on advising companies in the Power, Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Basil holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in Education from Stanford University, and a B.Comm in Finance with Great Distinction from McGill University, Canada.
