Ron is a Partner and Managing Director of Arcady Capital Ronald Stier Company having joined the firm shortly after its founding in 2011. Throughout his career, Ron has held leadership roles in several companies including CEO of CST Industries, Inc. and President of Columbian TecTank, the leading tank and cover companies in their industry. Ron led the growth of each of these businesses through new market and new product development, aggressive operations improvement, and multiple strategic acquisitions. He began his career with Arvin Industries, a leading international OEM automotive parts manufacturer. Ron currently is a member of the board of D.H. Pace Company. He also advises several lower mid-market manufacturing companies.
