Bio

Graduated in Electronic Engineering at the Milan Polytechnic, he obtained a Master cum laude in Business Administration at the Bocconi University. After having worked in Pirelli and in Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance, he started his activity in Private Equity in SO.PA.F. Subsequently he was Director and member of the Business Development Board of Bridgepoint, one of the major international Private Equity operators. He was then one of the promoters and member of the Management Board of Management & Capitali, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the first listed investment company focused on turnarounds and special situations, with an endowment of €550 million. He is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Arcadia SGR.
