Andrew oversees Arcadea’s market development; advisor, broker, and company relationship management; and strategic sourcing initiatives for our portfolio companies. Additionally, Andrew is Arcadea’s subject matter expert in sales leadership and optimization, supporting due diligence and value creation within the Arcadea family. Prior to Arcadea, Andrew designed and scaled the Global Business Development organization at Q4, where his team served the investor relations function at publicly traded companies. Before Q4, Andrew managed territories and teams for revenue organizations in the healthcare, compliance and philanthropy verticals at growing software organizations. Andrew earned a BA from Queen’s University and a MA from Western University from 2010-2016.
