Bio

Chris is ARC's Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for tax, regulatory and financial reporting compliance for the ARC Energy Funds and ARC’s corporate entities. He also assists on deal structuring and analysis and assists investors and portfolio companies on a range of financial reporting, tax and fund-related issues. Chris currently represents ARC on the board of Silfab Solar Inc. Chris joined ARC in 2011 with prior experience at an international investment fund manager and a global public accounting firm. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course, is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.
