Bio

Brian has overall responsibility for managing ARC Financial Corp., including the strategy and performance of the ARC Energy Funds and both investor and portfolio company relations. He is the Chair of ARC’s Executive Committee and is a member of ARC’s Investment Committee. Brian joined ARC in 1997 and has become a trusted advisor to many of ARC’s portfolio companies over his almost 25 years of experience with ARC. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University, is a CFA Charterholder and an Institute of Corporate Directors Certified Director.
