Mr. Malchow joined Arbor in 1999. Mr. Malchow is the former Chief Executive Officer of the Martin-Brower Company, LLC, a $3.5 billion distribution company servicing over 7,000 McDonald?s Restaurants in North and South America. During his 20+ year tenure with Martin-Brower, Mr. Malchow has held the roles of President, Senior Vice President Operations (U.S. and Canada) and Director of Field Sales. Previously, Mr. Malchow spent ten years with the Oscar Mayer Company in field sales and operations. Mr. Malchow has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California. He also attended Harvard University?s Agribusiness Senior Management Seminar at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
