Bio

Brian combines over fifteen years of experience as an investor and entrepreneur with an in-depth understanding of middle market companies. Brian began his private equity career at J.P. Morgan Partners and its predecessor, Chase Capital Partners, focusing on leveraged buyouts and growth equity opportunities in the consumer and healthcare markets. He has also acted as a principal and advisor as a Managing Director at Crystal Ridge Partners. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker in the Corporate Finance division of Jefferies & Company. As an entrepreneur, Brian held leadership roles at Creative Homeowner, a family-owned book and web publishing company focused on the home improvement market, which was sold to Courier Corporation. During his tenure, he restructured operations, increased revenue, and significantly improved profitability. Brian received his B.A. and B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
