Antoine Munfakh is Partner, Private Equity, at Apollo. He currently serves on the board of directors of Sun Country Airlines, Volotea Airlines, Direct ChassisLink Inc, Blume Global, Maxim Crane Works, Apollo Education Group, and McGraw-Hill Education, and previously served on the board of directors of CH2M HILL Companies. Prior to joining Apollo in 2008, Antoine was with Court Square Capital Partners, where he focused on investments into the business and industrial services sectors. Before that, he worked in the Financial Sponsor Investment Banking group at JPMorgan, where he provided M&A and financing services in support of private equity transactions. Antoine graduated summa cum laude from Duke University with a BS in Economics, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. In 2018, he was selected by The M&A Advisor for their Ninth Annual Emerging Leaders Award, commonly referred to as the “40 Under 40” award. Antoine also serves on the Board of Governors of The Thirst Project, a charitable organization that builds freshwater wells in developing nations.
