Mr. Graham has 30 years of diversified financial services experience, including 25 years as a private-equity investor. He has been involved with a wide variety of businesses, ranging from well-established to start-up. Mr. Graham has demonstrated an ability to identify companies with unique products or business models and actively supported their growth into market leaders. Mr. Graham brings a unique blend of experience including private equity (Narragansett Capital), investment banking (Barrington Associates, Kidder Peabody), merchant banking (Tucker Anthony), commercial banking (Bankers Trust) and consulting (The Forum Corporation). He has participated as Chairman, Board or Advisory Board member of Aspen Dental, Asterisk Financial, Comsec/Narragansett Security, Cushcraft, Dental Partners, GI Scientific, Glasstech, EM Assist, Monaco Coach, and Oregon Ice Cream. Mr. Graham graduated from Dartmouth College (BA) and the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration (MBA). He is member of the Orange County Chapter of YPO/WPO and the Chief Executive Roundtable at University of California – Irvine.
