Zehavit Cohen is a Partner and the Office Head of Apax Partners Israel Ltd. Zehavit has both led and participated in a number of key deals including Attenti, Bezeq, Tnuva, Psagot, Paradigm, Go Global Travel, Max, Ramet Trom, Schulz, Ten10, Zap Group and Global-e. Prior to joining Apax, Zehavit was Deputy Director General of IDB Holdings and Chief Financial Officer of the IDB Group. In the past, she served as VP at Chase Manhattan Bank and was a part of the International Department of Mergers and Acquisitions at the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. Until 2015, Zehavit also lectured in Finance and Accounting at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania for 17 years. Zehavit holds a BA in Accounting from Duquesne University; an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
