Bio

Rohan is a Vice President in the Tech team. He joined Apax in 2019 and is currently based in New York. His Apax deal experience includes EcoOnline, IBS Software, MyCase, Verint, and Paycor. Prior to joining Apax, Rohan was a member of Morgan Stanley's investment banking team in Toronto, where he worked on M&A and financing transactions across the Technology, Financial Sponsors, and Mining sectors. Rohan holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
