Bio

Ramy Matar is a Vice President in the Internet / Consumer team. He joined Apax Partners in 2021 and is currently based in London. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Ramy was a member of Morgan Stanley's Technology Group in London, where he advised clients on M&A and financing transactions. He also worked as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton’s digital practice in the Middle East. Ramy holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BEng in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
