Manan Kapadia is a Vice President and currently based in Mumbai. He joined Apax Partners in 2017 and returned in 2023 after two years at business school. Manan has participated in key deals including Healthium MedTech. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Manan was a part of the investment advisory team at Kedaara Capital in Mumbai where he worked on transactions across healthcare and financial services. Prior to Kedaara Capital, he was an analyst in the Investment Banking team at Lazard India. Manan is a Chartered Accountant (all India rank-holder), holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
