Founder and director of Antea. In 1992, Steel Bankiers developed the unique formula of a private equity firm for small and medium-sized enterprises, whereby the capital is brought together by Informal Investors and from that moment has been the director of Staal Participaties. Graduated cum laude in Economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1986. Subsequently worked as an Investment Analyst at Nationale-Nederlanden and moved to Staal Bankiers in 1987, where he was involved in mergers, acquisitions and participations until March 1999. In March 1999, realized a Management Buy-Out, whereby the participation funds became independent, which led to the creation of Antea. Has been a regular columnist in the Quote since 2014.
