Bio

Mark joined Annapolis in 2008 and works closely with Annapolis’ portfolio companies on corporate strategy, asset capture, risk management, and financial matters. Mark also leads the origination, evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities and our ESG initiatives. Mark currently represents Annapolis on the board of directors of Artis Exploration Ltd. Prior to joining Annapolis, Mark served as the Chief Financial Officer of several private oil and gas companies. Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta. Mark is actively involved in youth sport in his community, coaching both football and hockey.
