McKibben has 30 years of experience in the medical industry along with leadership roles in a wide variety of distribution, manufacturing, and marketing businesses. In 1978, McKibben co-founded Anago, Inc., a manufacturer of disposable medical supplies. From 1978 to 1988, he served as Anago?s Vice President of Sales. In 1988, McKibben assumed the role of Chairman and C.E.O., where he served for five years until the company was sold in 1993. Anago employed more than 1,000 people and sold its products worldwide from multiple manufacturing facilities. During his time as Chairman and C.E.O., the Company more than quadrupled in size. In 1994, McKibben co-founded Ancor Holdings, L.P. McKibben serves as Chairman of Ancor Capital Partners and is closely involved in the firm?s activities.
