Todd is responsible for origination and assessment of potential investment opportunities, as well as developing and overseeing turnaround programs for portfolio companies. Todd is an Alternative Director for TJS Services and current Chair of the Affinity Education Turnaround Committee and a member of the Acrow Formwork and Scaffolding Turnaround Committee. Todd was directly involved in the acquisition of Shoes & Sox and Dick Smith, and the exit of Burger King and First Engineering as well as working directly with Total Eden to assist on turnaround initiatives and bolt-on acquisitions. Todd has extensive experience in private equity, corporate finance and accounting. Prior to joining Anchorage, Todd worked for ANZ Private Equity with involvement across the entire investment and portfolio management process. Prior to this Todd worked in the Transaction Support division of Ernst & Young and in equities research at J.P. Morgan. Todd holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Sydney Nepean, is a CFA charterholder and also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
