Bio

Hayden joined Anchorage in 2014 and is responsible for reviewing and assessing new investment opportunities for Anchorage as well as assisting portfolio companies with specific turnaround programs. Hayden is currently a member of the Turnaround Committee for Solgen Energy Group and Facilities First. Hayden has extensive experience in corporate finance and complex transactions. Prior to joining Anchorage, Hayden was an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he spent five years in Sydney and New York, working on a number of M&A and capital market transactions in the financial sponsors and general industrials sectors. Hayden received a PLD from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
