Bio

Beau joined Anchorage in 2017 as a Director and is responsible for origination and assessment of potential investment opportunities, as well as developing and overseeing turnaround and operational improvement programs for portfolio companies. Beau is a member of the Turnaround Committee for Contract Resources. Beau has extensive experience in corporate finance, private equity, leveraged finance and restructuring across a range of sectors, industries, structures and geographies having successfully completed over 30 transactions. He has a strong track record of identifying acquisition and restructure opportunities, as well as working with business founders and management to develop turnaround initiatives and assess growth opportunities. Prior to joining Anchorage, Beau was the Head of Financial Sponsors in the Mergers & Acquisitions division of KPMG Australia where he originated, led and executed domestic and cross-border transactions for private equity funds and business founders. Prior to this Beau worked in the investment banking division of Investec focussed on financial sponsor and industrial coverage, private equity fund Ironbridge, the financial sponsors and financing group at RBS, and the special opportunities fund at Fortress Investment Group. Beau holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance & International Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney (International Exchange Scholarship) and is an Aresty Scholar of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (Executive Development Program and Global Strategic Leadership Program).
