Bio

Roger joined Ancala in 2022 and has 9 years of investment and investment advisory experience across infrastructure and real assets. Prior to Ancala, Roger worked for over 5 years at Astarte Capital where he was a member of the investment team in London, responsible for leading investment evaluation, execution and asset management with primary focus on infrastructure, transportation and energy sectors. Previously he worked at Macquarie Capital in London, where he advised on buy side and sell side M&A, financing and principal transactions across the infrastructure and energy sectors. Before that he worked at Schindler Group and Translift Schweiz in the mechanical engineering team. Holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Cass Business School in London and a BSc in Business Engineering from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland. Roger is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Society in the UK.
