William Gao joined American Securities in 2012. He provides execution support to our companies in Asia on post-merger integration, strategy and business development. William also conducts due diligences on potential acquisitions. Prior to joining American Securities, William was a project manager with Meritco Services where he worked with clients to develop entry and growth strategies and conducted commercial due diligence focusing on industrial products and healthcare industries. Before Meritco, William was an assistant manager in the performance improvement group of PwC consulting with 5 years experiences on financial effectiveness, process optimization, cost reduction, and operation improvement in a variety of industries ranging from auto and energy to consumer goods. William received a Master of Accountancy from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
