Scott Wolff joined American Securities in 2002. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Hexion, Meridian, and Vibrantz Technologies. Previously, Scott was Chairman of the Board of Chromaflo Technologies, Emerald Performance Materials, Henry Company, Prince, Royal Adhesives and Sealants, and SeaStar Solutions, as well as a Director of Advanced Drainage Systems, Arizona Chemical, General Chemical, GTTechnologies, HHI, Lakeside Energy, MECS, and Westward. Prior to joining American Securities, Scott worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch, focusing on a variety of industries, including consumer products, food, packaging, and automotive. He received a BS in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
