Bio

Michael Sand joined American Securities in 2005. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Acuren, CPM, CS Energy, and ViaPath Technologies, as well as a Director of SOLV Energy and Ulterra Drilling Technologies. Previously, Michael was a Director of Blue Bird, Delphi Midstream, Fairmount Santrol, MW Industries, PDM Bridge, and Unison Site Management. Prior to joining American Securities, Michael worked at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on M&A and strategic advisory assignments. He received a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and an MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
