Bio

Mike Leamer originally joined American Securities in 2011 and rejoined in 2020. He works closely with portfolio company management teams on setting and implementing their strategic agendas and with American Securities and its affiliates on due diligence efforts. Prior to joining American Securities, Mike worked in consulting with McKinsey & Company and in investment banking at Lazard. He received a BA in Economics from Occidental College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
