Bio

Matthew Hershenson joined American Securities in 2022. He assists American Securities and its affiliates with investor relationships, marketing, and fundraising activities. Prior to joining American Securities, he was the Head of Investor Relations at Paine Schwartz Partners. Previously, Matthew was a Principal and founding member of Mercury Capital Advisors, a global private placement firm specializing in capital raising and advisory services. He began his career in the Private Funds Group at Merrill Lynch. Matthew received a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College.
