Mark Lovett joined American Securities in 2007. He is currently Chairman of the Board of r-pac, as well as a Director of FleetPride and Vibrantz Technologies. Previously, Mark was a Director of Advanced Drainage Systems, Chromaflo Technologies, FiberMark, Liberty Tire Recycling, Prince, Royal Adhesives and Sealants, and Tekni-Plex. Prior to joining American Securities, Mark was an investment banking analyst at UBS in the healthcare group. Prior to attending business school, he worked at Liberty Tire Recycling, a former American Securities portfolio company. Mark received a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
